"Pull a chair. It's time to share!"

A conversation can change a life. Let’s break the silence around mental health!
Mental health struggles affect 1 in 4 people, yet many find it hard to open up. As many as 1 in 5 women develop a mental illness during pregnancy or in the first year after birth, and suicide is a leading cause of maternal deaths in the UK. Additionally, women are twice as likely to be diagnosed with anxiety as men.
Time to Talk Day is a reminder that every conversation matters. Whether over coffee, in the workplace, community or on social media. Let’s make February a month of meaningful conversations and support for mental wellbeing.
